Here we have a woman from Iowa who decides to do a livestream video of herself as she verbally harasses police officers.
Her name is Melyssa Jo Kelly and she is from Cedar Rapids, Iowa. While in a Brewhemia cafe, she saw two cops. One was wearing a black arm band which signified solidarity with with fallen comrades as there have been recent incidents of officers killed.
Two Des Moines cops ended up getting shot and killed. They were simply sitting in their cop cars.
On November 2, a police involved shooting took place in Cedar Rapids and 37-year-old Jerome “Danky” Mitchell was left in critical condition. It occurred after a traffic stop.
The woman was referencing this occurrence when she was verbally going after the two cops.
Here’s part of what she says:
“She doesn’t give a s**t about the man who is in critical care at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics with a bullet in his neck from one of the wonderful and vicious thug brothers in blue,” said Kelly.
She continued on, taunting the officers, while refusing to step aside when asked by them to do so. The cafe owner asked her to leave but she didn’t. So the officer gave her a verbal trespass warning.
The woman’s response was the following:
“Don’t pretend like you serve and protect, you b***h… out of my way, popo.”
The video has received hundreds of thousands of views so far.
The 65-year-old woman was fined for a minimum of four counts of disorderly conduct, two counts of interference with official acts and one count of trespass.
